a month long tribute to Dennis Hopper’s unmatched contribution to film, art and the world begins appropriately at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery with Cinespia’s showing of the seminal Easy Rider. there’s a film series throughout the month, mostly at Cinefamily (Silent Movie Theatre), as well as an exhibition at MOCA next Saturday, July 10th. more info with specific screenings after the jump - pour one out 4 tha homiez : o (

(there’s an excellent old video from the Rev Horton Heat below this massive flier. fun to watch if only for it’s punk rock production value, so check it out.)
