Hey broke NY music fans! looking for an awesome way to spend your Sundays? Well I sure as fuck got one. This summer, JELLY is producing 8 FREE shows on at the riverfront in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, 90 Kent Ave btw N8th and N9th St. The shows will all take place on Sundays between the 12th of July and the 30th of August, from 2-8pm. And this isn’t what you’d expect for the free shows, this is the good stuff. I’ll be going to at least half of these, so if you want your picture taken, just lose some clothing and play on the slip n’ slide.

Things they’ll have: “DODGEBALL, basketball, DJ’s, bands, burgers the works!”

possibly the best named band ever is playing at The Echoplex. And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead is pretty much the only band worth seeing tonight, except maybe for Ollin, a Pogues cover band, at Spaceland, which i would never recommend except that everyone is supposed to be Irish (i.e. drunk) today.
