new sort of Halloween-y video from Modeselektor, who are playing the Forum in Los Angeles at HARD Haunted Mansion on the second day of the festival (October 30th + October 31st – tickets are still available here). not an amazing lineup, but definitely good enough for ecstacy-lovers, with performances from Justice, Deadmau5, 2ManyDJs, A-Trak, Bloody Beetroots, Basement Jaxx, Crookers, Major Lazer, WTTD homeboy Steve Aoki, Classixx, and more.
New Yorkers, don’t feel all left out in the cold (even if you are, hee hee, ’cause we live in Los Angeles where even when it’s raining it’s hella comfortable) because Modeselektor has a headlining show all their own the following weekend at the Music Hall of Williamsburg (November 7th – tickets are available here.)

once again, Control at the Avalon in Hollywood is getting a shout out more for the quality of their amazing flyers then anything else. still, looks to be a good night with Holy Ghost!, Runaway,  Classixx, Destructo and Mr. White dropping some overweight beats.
