something to artificially sweeten your morning coffee. doing a music edition today… Castanets have long been one of my favorite bands, and the song You Are The Blood is so beautiful it makes me cry. literally. well the song is also big with the kids these days, and the Dark Was The Night Red Hot Charity compilation that TINTothy posted about earlier features not one, but TWO incredible renditions of an already great song from Sufjan Stevens (the second with an assist from Buck 65 and Serengeti)… so i’m posting all three here for your listening pleasure. so buy the album for charity, and then go out and give the artists money somehow. i recommend untraceable small bills via direct donations. or you can buy them hookers. free sex is always a nice way to show someone that you care.
